The first internal training location was in the Liyang Project Department. The first class was "Role Cognition" brought by the Human Resources Manager-Wei Rumeng. Since the training of the Liyang Project Department began, the company's internal training has never stopped in these three weeks. When the safety manager Bai Heliang was conducting the "Construction Site Safety Management" training in Shaoxing, the project manager Liu Xing was conducting the "Site Management Process" training in the Yibin Project Department. The financial reimbursement training conducted by the financial manager Wen Wen on December 25 was even more live-broadcast online. In addition to colleagues in the office, Honghui family members stationed all over the country watched the training through DingTalk live broadcast.


 


In order to keep up with the company's development, the Shaoxing-Jinda Project Department and the Purchasing Department spontaneously organized several training meetings, and the personnel and administration department also participated in the learning throughout the process.


In less than three weeks, the project departments conducted a total of 10 internal training sessions, with 120 participants and a total training time of 295 hours for all employees; the survey after each training provided the personnel and administration department with a large amount of usable materials, which also greatly increased our confidence in subsequent training.


If an enterprise wants to achieve sustainable and stable development, employee training is an indispensable part. Through training, enterprises can improve the overall quality of employees.
